<p>Working Sail was set up with the aim of keeping alive the rich heritage of our maritime past which is in danger of being lost forever. We believe in not only restoring craft that have by chance survived, but also in recreating vessels that we no longer have examples of. As one of the last traditional builders of wooden sailing vessels in England we are committed to the process of traditional boat construction as much as to creating beautiful craft which are themselves a piece of living history.</p>
